The Client retains all rights, title, and interest in their Input Data. Furthermore, the Client owns all rights to the Output generated by the AI services. Roodeejung retains all ownership rights to the underlying Software, AI Models (LRM), algorithms, and source code. No transfer of AI Model ownership is granted under this Agreement.

The Client acknowledges that Artificial Intelligence technologies are probabilistic in nature and may produce inconsistent or inaccurate results ('Hallucinations'). The Services are provided on an 'As Is' basis. Roodeejung does not guarantee the complete accuracy of the outputs and advises human review for critical decision-making.

Roodeejung commits to maintaining the strict confidentiality of Client Data. We expressly warrant that Client Data processed via the Service will NOT be used to train, fine-tune, or improve our public or foundational AI models, nor will it be shared with third parties.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Roodeejung shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of profits or data). Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

The Client agrees not to use the Service to generate content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, or infringes on the rights of others. Reverse engineering of the AI Model or attempting to extract the underlying weights is strictly prohibited.
